摘要
南通市芦泾水厂采用以浸入式超滤膜技术为核心的短流程净水工艺进行改造,针对其长江原水水质特点,研究了投加絮凝剂预处理长江原水对后续超滤工艺运行的影响。结果表明,向原水中预投加絮凝剂能有效延缓后续超滤工艺跨膜压差的增长,从而延长过滤周期;聚合氯化铝作为絮凝剂在延缓超滤膜跨膜压差的增长方面优于聚合硫酸铁。
The short purification process with submerged ultrafiltration membrane technology as the core was used in the reconstruction of Lujing Waterworks in Nantong City. The influence of pretreatment of Yangtze River raw water with flocculant on the subsequent uhrafiltration process was investigated. The results show that adding coagulant into the raw water can effectively delay the increase of transmembrane pressure (TMP) , thus prolonging the filtration cycle. PAC is better than PFS in delaying the increase of TMP.
