构建我院用药安全风险防范体系的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of the Establishment of Hospital Medication Safety Risk Prevention System

目的:构建医院用药安全风险防范体系,减少用药差错发生。方法:对用药安全风险防范的目的和意义加以概述,并对我院用药安全风险防范管理人员组成、职责及工作流程和防范工作的具体实施进行探讨。结果与结论:通过探索构建用药安全风险防范体系,有助于降低用药差错发生率、保证患者安全、提高医疗质量,但该体系仍需进一步完善,以最终达到患者用药安全无缝管理的状态。

OBJECTIVE：To establish the hospital medication safety risk prevention system in order to reduce the occurrence of medication errors. METHODS： The purpose and the significance of medication safety risk prevention were introduced generally. The staff and their responsibility, procedures of medication safety risk prevention of our hospital were investigated, and the preven- tive measures were also discussed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The establishment of medication safety risk prevention system contributes to reduce the occurrence of medication error, ensure the safety of patients and improve medical quality. But medication safety risk prevention system should be further improved to achieve seamless management of medication safety.
