摘要
将环氧树脂与亚麻酸进行酯化反应,再与丙烯酸类单体进行加成,中和后加水分散制得的水性环氧树脂乳液。采用红外光谱仪(FTIR)、粒度分布仪、透射电镜(SEM)等研究了环氧树脂的种类,反应物配比,酯化反应过程中反应温度、反应时间对产物水溶性、稳定性及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:选用环氧树脂E-20,亚麻酸与环氧树脂物质的量比为2∶1,120℃反应5 h所制得的水性环氧树脂乳液性能最好。
Waterborne epoxy emulsion was prepared by esterification of epoxy resin and linolenic acid and then addtion with acrylic monomer,at last dispersing in water after neutralization.The effects of epoxy resin type,material ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the water dispersiblity,stability and properties of coating films were investigated by FTIR,particle size analyzer and SEM.The results showed that the properties of waterborne epoxy emulsion was the best as the conditions as followed: using epoxy resin E - 20 , mole ratio of E - 20 to linolenic acid 2: 1, reaction temperature 120 ℃ and reaction time 5 h.
