特高压GIS特快速暂态过电压试验重复击穿过程研究 被引量:58

摘要 为深入研究重复击穿过程的发生规律,研究隔离开关特性对重复击穿过程的影响,改进隔离开关设计,完善特快速暂态过电压(VFTO)评估方法,采用1100kV气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)试验回路,对GIS隔离开关分闸和合闸空载短母线所产生的触头间隙重复击穿和VFTO进行了试验研究。鉴于重复击穿过程的随机性,进行了约500次分合闸操作试验,统计获得了被试隔离开关在分合闸操作中的触头间隙击穿电压随触头间隙形成时间的变化关系,试验隔离开关的分闸操作末次残余电压基本是以-0.44倍工频电压幅值为期望,0.037倍工频电压幅值为方差的正态分布,合闸操作中的首次击穿工频相位主要集中在50°~90°。基于试验结果,分析了触头间隙重复击穿的发生规律及对VFTO的影响,给出了重复击穿随机过程终止的条件。 1100 kV GIS tests were performed to experimentally investigate the circuit on the repeated breakdown process and the VFTO generated when using a disconnector to switch an unload busbar.Since the random feature of the repeated breakdown process,about 500 rounds of opening and closing operations were performed.The breakdown characteristic of the contact gap during operations,the statistic distribution of the residual voltages at the unload busbar after each opening operation and the statistic distribution of the p.f.phase of first breakdown in each closing operation were obtained.Based on the test results,the repeated breakdown process and its influence on the VFTO were analyzed,and the conditions for the repeated breakdown process to be terminated were presented.
