大孔树脂分离怀菊花黄酮的研究 被引量:8

摘要 筛选确定适用于怀菊花黄酮分离的大孔树脂类型。以总黄酮吸附量、吸附率、解吸量、解吸率为考察指标进行综合评价,研究了XAD-16型、D101型、AB-8型、HP-20型、NKA-9型、HZ841型和聚酰胺这七种树脂对怀菊花黄酮的吸附和解吸性能。测定了不同树脂对怀菊花黄酮的静态吸附曲线和解吸曲线,表明所选树脂均为快速吸附解吸平衡树脂,吸附4h后就可达到吸附平衡,解吸1h左右就可达到解吸平衡。比较了六种大孔树脂和聚酰胺对怀菊花总黄酮静态吸附和解吸性能,表明大孔树脂XAD-16、D101、AB-8和HZ841对怀菊花黄酮具有较好的吸附和解吸性能。其中XAD-16对怀菊花总黄酮的吸附和解吸性能最好,吸附量达到37.44mg/g,吸附率为85.25%,解吸量为26.96mg/g,解吸率为72.01%。 Macroporous resins were screened to separate flavones in Huai- chrysanthemum. Adsorption and desorption property of Huai chrysanthemum flavones by seven kinds of resins, i.e., XAD-16, DIO1 ,AB-8, HP-20, NKA-9, HZ841 and polyamide,were studied using adsorption and desorption of total flavone as indices. Static adsorption and desorption curves of various resins were studied.It was showed that macroporous resins selected were all fast equilibrium resins.Adsorption equilibrium could be reached in 4h,and desorption equilibrium could be reached in about ! h.Macroporous resins XAD-16, D101, AB-8 and HZ841 were better choices when adsorption capacity and desorption rate were used as index.The best macroporous resin for adsorption and disorption was XAD-16,static adsorption capacity was 37.44mg/g resin, adsorption rate was 85.25%, static deserption capacity was 26.96mg/g resin and desorption rate was 72.01%.
