膜分离技术分离纯化朝鲜蓟叶中洋蓟素的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了膜技术分离纯化朝鲜蓟叶中洋蓟素的工艺过程,在超滤过程中,采用膜通量及洋蓟素浓度为考察指标。结果表明,10万Da分子量规格的膜为最佳选择,具有较大的膜通透性,产品洋蓟素的截留率低(1.79%)。在产品的纳滤过程,考察膜的透水通量、待测溶液纳滤前后的电导率及洋蓟素浓度指标。结果显示,选用合适的纳滤膜(300Da),浓缩效果好,洋蓟素的产品浓度提高到原液的34.9倍,同时浓缩液中电导率只为普通热真空浓缩的1/10左右。研究结果表明,膜分离技术在本实验研究中应用效果显著,适于进一步的推广应用。 Membrane technology in the separation and purification of cynarin from Cynara scolymus L. leaf was researched.In the ultrafiltration process,the membrane flux and cynarin concentration were used as the indexes. The results showed that molecular with weight of 100,000Da were the best choice of membrane size with greater membrane permeability and low retention rate of cynarin( 1.79% ).Taking the water penetration flux,the conductivity of solution under test before and after nanofiltration, and the concentration of cynarin as indexes in nanofiltration process.The results showed that with the appropriate choice of nanofiltration membrane(300Da), the effect of concentration was good and cynarin concent increased to 34.9 times of the original liquid.At the same time, the conductivity of the concentrate liquied was only 1/10 of the one after ordinary vacuum concentration.The results showed that the effect of membrane separation technology was obvious in this study and suitable for further application.
