山茱萸中熊果酸的提取工艺优化 被引量:5

摘要 通过乙醇回流提取的方法对山茱萸中熊果酸的提取工艺进行了优化,选取乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比等因素。选用L9(34)正交表进行正交实验,并考察了微波预处理对得率的影响。结果表明,微波预处理会令其得率下降。优化的工艺条件是:乙醇浓度为75%,料液比为12mL/g,提取时间为1.5h。在此条件下,熊果酸得率较高,可达0.31%。 The extraction technology of ursolic acid from Comus officinalia was optimezed by alcohol refluxing extraction.Effects of concentration of extracting solution, time, ratio of solvent to raw material and microwave pretreatment were studied by orthogonal experiment methods.The results showed that the best condition was 75% alcohol,ratio of solvent to raw material 12ml/g,extraction time t.5h, and the yield rate of ursolic acid could reach 0.310%.
