湖北麦冬块根多糖提取工艺的优化 被引量:2

摘要 以湖北麦冬块根为原料,采用蒽酮—硫酸法测定多糖含量。通过单因素实验和正交实验考察了提取温度、提取时间、料液比和提取次数对湖北麦冬多糖提取率的影响,确定了湖北麦冬多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度80℃,提取时间90min,料液比1:40,提取次数1次。 Liriope spicata (Thunb.) Lour. var. prolifera Y. T .Ma tuberous roots were used as materials to measure polysaccharides with the method of anthrone--sulphyric acid colorimetry.The affecting factors such as extraction temperature, immersing time, the ratio of solid to liquid and extraction times were studied by the way of single factor and orthogonal tests analysis.The optimal conditions of extraction were as follows:extraction temperature of 80℃,immersing time of 90min,the ratio of solid to liquid 1:40 and extracting once.
