摘要
利用洗滤模式对黑木耳多糖进行超滤分离,选择了适宜分离黑木耳多糖的膜参数,即膜孔径和膜材料,同时还研究了透滤多糖含量同操作温度、操作压力以及料液浓度的关系。实验结果表明:截留分子量为300kDa,膜材质为PVDF的中空纤维膜分离黑木耳多糖可以达到很好的效果。在操作压力为15kPa、料液温度40℃、以及料液浓度为3g/L的条件下,可以在单位时间内得到较多透滤多糖,本实验为工业化分离黑木耳多糖提供理论依据。
Diafiltration ultrafiltration process was used to separate Auricularia auricular potysaccharides and the parameters of the ultrafiltration separation were determined, including pore size, membrane material and the relationship between permeability polysaccharide content and operating temperature,operating pressure and feed concentration.The results showed that:the hollow fiber membrane with nominal molecular weight cut-off(NMWCO) 30kDa and PVDF material was feasible to separate Auricularia auricular polysaccharides.Ultrafiltration parameters of 40℃,0.1SkPa and 3g/L concentration were optimized for obtaining the main fraction.This experiment provided theoretical support for industrial manufacturing of Auricularia auricular in separation.
