摘要
采用磷酸水解法提取柞蚕茧壳中的柞蚕丝素,用二氯甲烷溶解聚乳酸制备聚乳酸/柞蚕丝素复合材料,并对复合材料的力学性能、可降解性能、水溶性进行测定。测定结果为:水解时间为1h、粒径为15μm、PEG(400)含量为0%、柞蚕丝素添加量为5%时,柞蚕丝素/聚乳酸复合材料具有较高的机械强度,且无毒无害、可环境降解,应用前景十分可观。
The Antheraea pernyi(A.pernyi)silk fibroin was extracted from the callus of A.pernyi by phosphoric acid hydrolysis method.The polylactic acid was dissolved by CH2CI.,, and then the composite of PLA/A.pernyi silk fibroin was made.The mechanical properties,degradation properties and the soluble properties was tested in this text.The results was that hyerolysis time 1 h, particles size 15μm, the content of PEG (400)0%, the content of Antheraea pernyi silk fibroin 5%, this composite showed better waterproof and higher strength. It was also found that this composite was harmless and natural degradation,so the composite had wide application prospects.
