摘要
真菌毒素污染是造成粮食和食品安全问题的重要因素之一。传统的分析检测技术如色谱分析法、免疫化学法等用于真菌毒素检测中具有耗时长、样品前处理繁琐等特点。本文介绍了采用生物免疫传感器快速检测真菌毒素的方法,主要综述了它们在各类粮食、食品等基质中真菌毒素检测的应用现状,并简要分析了该技术存在的不足,对其应用前景做出了展望。
The mycotoxin pollution is one of the main factors that induce safety problems. Traditional analytical techniques for detection of mycotoxin were time-consuming and always accompanied with tedious sample pre-treatment and so on.This paper introduced the use of bio-immunosensors for detection of mycotoxin, focusing on the applications of the approach to detect mycotoxins in various foods.Then the technical shortcomings were put forward,and discuss the prospect of its application.
