摘要
针对当前测试适配器设计过程中工作量大、自动化程度低、出错率高等问题,对适配器的设计过程进行建模分析,并给出了实现方法;将适配器的设计过程抽象成3个数学问题,对适配器底板信号分配问题以及底板插座信号定位问题,利用模型给出了详细的求解过程;对建立信号映射关系的问题,利用计算机技术,给出了自动、高效、准确的解决方案;应用结果表明,模型的建立使得系统设计大大简化,并能使系统明显优化,具有推广和应用的价值。
A model with realization method is given to solve the problem of high workload, low automatization degree and high mistake rate in designing test unit adapter. Tbis paper distills three math problems based on the design process. Particular steps of solution are de- livered in the problem of distributing signals over the rnotherboard receptacles and the orientation of signals on each receptacle. Computer technique is used to solve the problem of constructing the signals~ mapping relation, this leads to automatic, high efficient and exact meth- od. Practical application shows that, this model makes the system design simplified greatly, promotes the system obviously, and deserves to be popularized and applied.
