摘要
针对北斗/GPS双模授时同步系统产品质量控制的要求,设计了一台嵌入在工业控制计算机中,可以同时对多路时间信号进行检测的测试系统;阐述了系统的工作原理与硬件设计,详细介绍了基于LabVIEW的上位机操作界面及实现方法;根据实际车间测量显示,测量精度<100ns,系统具有工作稳定性好,安全性能好的特点;系统已经应用于该双模授时同步系统的车间调试拷机环节,提高了生产效率,降低了成本费用。
Aiming at the quality control requirements of the BD/GPS dual--mode synchronization system, we design a test system embedded in a industrial control computer, which can detect multiple time signals simultaneously. The paper describes the working principle and hardware design. Then the HMI (human machine interface) based on LabVIEW and implementation methods are introduced in details. Ac- cording to the actual measurements, the accurocy of measurement is less than 100 ns, it shows that the system has excellent stability and high reliability. The system has been used in the workshop of dual-mode synchronization system, improving the production efficiency and reducing the costs.
