摘要
直升机旋翼共锥度是旋翼动平衡测量的一个重要参数;它直接影响直升机机动性能、安全性能等多方面重要指标;针对在旋翼高速旋转的状态下测量共锥度值的系统特点,介绍了3种基于摄像机成像的直升机旋翼共锥度测量新方法,利用摄像机采集光源在桨叶上的成像信息,对图像进行处理、计算,从而得到直升机旋翼的共锥度值;对每种方法的基本结构、计算方法进行了较详细的介绍,该方法结构简单,安装方便,可实现对直升机旋翼共锥度值较高精度的测量,具有较高的实用价值。
Helicopter rotor pyramid angle is an important parameter for rotor dynamic balance. It directly affects the performance of helicopter mobility, security and so many key indicators. According to the characteristic of the rotor pyramid angle at a high speed, three new methods based on camera imaging for helicopter rotor taper measurement were introduced, using the light imaging information on the blade we can obtain the value of helicopter rotor common taper after the image processing and calculating. The detailed introduction of each meth- od' s basic structure and calculation method was given. This measurement has the advantage of simple structure, easy to install, which is re liable for the helicopter pyramid angle measurement with high accuracy and has high practical value.
