急性肾损伤临床研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)既往被称为急性肾衰竭(acute renal failure,ARF),是临床一种常见的危重病,病死率极高。一直以来。急性肾损伤的定义和分期都是重要问题.因为患者的诊断分级直接决定其治疗措施,进而影响预后。近年来由于AKI的病理生理学研究取得较大的突破,RIFLE与AKIN标准等相继出台,从而使得AKI诊断更加标准化,除此之外,多中心的临床研究也使AKI的治疗更为安全有效。现就近年在AKI诊断、治疗及预后方面取得的进展综述如下。
