摘要
目的建立膝关节置换术后胫骨侧假体的数字几何模型,为进行相关力学分析奠定基础。方法将正常成人胫骨上段CT扫描数据导入图像工作站、以Mimics10.0与ANSYS11.0软件处理建立数字化模型,以ProE软件建立6种不同柄体形状的胫骨假体以及高分子聚乙烯垫、骨水泥的数字模型,将上述模型进行组装。结果通过该技术可以成功建立膝关节置换术后胫骨及6种不同形状胫骨假体数字模拟。结论本研究模型更加真实地模拟了膝关节置换术后的胫骨侧实际情况,为进一步力学分析奠定良好基础。
Objective To establish digital tibial model contained tibial side prosthesis for mechanical analysis.Methods normal adult tibia CT scan data input into the image workstation and processed by software Mimics10.0 and ANSYS11.0 to built a tibial digital model,using Pro/E software to build 6 tibial prosthesis digital model of different handle shape and the digital model of polyethylene pads and of bone cement,all the models mentioned above be assembled.Results a postoperative tibial side digital model of TKR be obtained.Conclusion The model is more realistically to simulate the actual tibial side situation postoperative total knee replacement,it is a good foundation for further mechanical analysis.
