摘要
针对小卫星姿轨控仿真测试系统需模拟星上真实飞轮的需求,设计并开发了一种具有故障模拟功能的飞轮模拟器,除可以模拟飞轮正常工作状态外,还可以模拟多种飞轮故障状态。本设计采用4片TMS320LF2407A为核心控制器,实现对4路相互独立飞轮电气特性的模拟,并利用RS-485接口实现故障及参数注入,DSP则根据注入的参数对飞轮输出进行调整。飞轮模拟器已应用于小卫星姿轨控仿真测试系统中。
To fulfill the needs in the simulation and test of small satellite attitude and orbit control system,a flywheel simulator with fault simulation function is designed,in addition to normal working state can be simulated,the flywheel simulator can also simulate a variety of fault states.Four TMS320LF2407A chips are adopted as controller to simulate the electrical characteristics of four flywheels,and DSP receives fault command and parameters through RS-485 interface.The simulator has been applied in the simulation and test of small satellite attitude and orbit control system.
