摘要
以北京、上海等城市为样本,通过调查各地电子政务服务系统发展规划及其应用中的用户反馈,指出了目前我国电子政务服务系统实施中的过分依赖信息交流技术等问题,并通过构建EGSS服务系统,从整合业务流程、完善系统服务功能、保障系统安全等途径入手加以解决。
This paper takes cities such as Beijing Shanghai as examples to investigate on their e-government services system development plans and the users＇ feedbacks of their application.It points out some problems of current e-government services systems such as Over-reliance on information communication technology.At last it constructs the EGSS system to solve the problems above by ways such as integrating the business process,improving the systems functions and keeping system safe.
