摘要
PDF/A于2009年底正式成为我国的电子文件格式标准,这种国际通用的格式标准,在档案馆有极大的应用价值。有利于档案部门对电子文档的长期存取与利用,保证了系统的独立性并节约了电子文档长期存取的成本。同时,具有良好的技术支持,是我国档案馆电子文档长期存取策略的较佳格式选择。
At the end of 2009, PDF/A officially became a standard electronic file format in China, the format of such international common standard applications has great value in the archives, to be benefit for archive department’s long-term electronic document access and use, ensuring the system independence and saving the cost of long-term access of electronic file, but also has good technical support. Therefore, PDF/A is the better format choice for electronic archive long-term access strategy in our archives.
