摘要
无轴承永磁同步电机径向悬浮力与永磁体厚度和气隙长度有关,研究径向悬浮力与这些参数之间的关系对电机优化设计具有重要意义。该文在介绍径向悬浮力产生机理的基础上,针对转矩绕组极对数PM=1,悬浮力绕组极对数PB=2的样机,从理论上分析了径向悬浮力与永磁体厚度和气隙长度之间的关系,并采用有限元方法(FEM)对此关系进行了验证。研究结果对于电机的优化设计具有参考价值。
Radial suspension force of bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motors(BPMSM has relations with thickness of permanent magnet and air-gap length.Analyzing these parameters has important meanings for optimization design in the BPMSM.In this paper,based on the introduction of production principle of radial suspension force,relations among radial suspension force,thickness of permanent magnet and air-gap length were analyzed,which is validated with finite element method(FEM).Study results provide reference value for optimizing and designing BPMSM.
