培矮64S育性对温度与光周期的反应 被引量:17

摘要 在自然条件、自然温度控制光长条件及控制温度与光长条件下,研究了培矮640.0育性对温度与光周期的反应,结果表明:培矮64S在育性转换敏感期感受人工日均温21.8~24.0℃(光期23.9~24.0℃/暗期19.5~24.0℃)或自然平均日均温31.3℃(平均日最高温36.1℃,平均日最低温27.5℃)的温度,无论长日还是短日处理均表现不育,花粉可染率为0.0~2.7%,自交结实率为0;感受人工日均温20.0℃与21.0℃(光期23.5℃/暗期17.5℃)或自然平均日均温21.6℃(平均日最高温27.1℃,平均日最低温18.0℃)的温度,无论长日还是短日处理均表现可育,花粉可染率为10.3%~44.3%,自交结实率为4.3%~24.0%,但长日处理花粉可染率与自交结实率显著低于短日处理.以上结果说明培矮640.0育性主要受温度控制,但在较低温度(日均温20.0~21.6℃)下,也受光周期的影响. The response of male fertility of Pei'ai 64 S(a Genie Male Sterile Rice) to temperature and photoperiod was studied under the conditions of natural temperature and day length, natural temperature but artificial day length treatments, and artificial temperature and day length treatments in phytotrons. The results indicated that Pei'ai 64 S was sterile when it was treated with artificial daily mean temperature of 21. 8-24. 0℃(Day 23. 9-24. 0℃/Darkness 19. 5-24. 0℃) or met natural daily mean temperature of 31. 3℃ (Daily maximum mean temperature 36.1℃, Daily minimum mean temperature 27. 5℃) under long day or short day condition at its fertility alternation sensitive stages. Its stainable pollen grain is 0. 0-2. 7% and seed set % of selfed panicle is zero. Adversely, it was fertile with stainable pollen grains of 10. 3%-44. 3% and seed set of selfed panicle of 4. 3% - 24. 0% when it was treated with artificial daily mean temperature of 20. 0℃ and 21. 0℃ (Day 23. 5℃/Darkness 17. 5℃) or met natural daily mean temperature of 21. 6℃ (Daily maximum mean temperature 27.1℃, Daily minimum temperature 18. 0℃) under short day or long day condition at the same sensitive stages, but % of the stainable pollen grains and seed set % of selfed panicle under long day condition are much lower than those under short day condition. Based on above results, we think that the fertility expression of Pei'ai 64 S is controlled mainly by temperature, but the photoperiod effect is obvious in low temperature (20. 0-21. 6℃) .
