摘要
针对解决汽车喇叭声级不足,喇叭膜片在寿命期内碎裂等问题,建立了汽车喇叭膜片组件的振动模型,并给出了通过调整膜片结构参数使膜片组件的固有频率及膜片工作时的应力分布达到理想状态的方法,研究了膜片工作中裂纹产生的原因,并给出了如何通过合理设计膜片结构参数来提高膜片使用寿命的方法,提出了对应膜片组件固有频率的结构参数合理范围和膜片理想应力状态情形,为以后指导汽车喇叭膜片组件设计、生产等工作起到积极作用.
To build the vibration model of the horn membrane for automobile and adjust the structural parameters of the membrane,the natural frequency and stress condition in the horn membrane component are optimized,in order to solve the problem furthermore that the sound level of horn is lower than standard one and the horn membrane is broken in operation life.The method to increase the operation life by designing the structural parameters of the membrane reasonably is made by the explanation for the appearance of the membrane flaws.The reasonable range of the membrane structural parameters and the desired stress condition of the membrane are taken and the positive action is taken to guide the design and production of the horn membrane for automobile.
