摘要
以夹在平板电极间的油纸复合绝缘为研究对象,分析了油纸绝缘界面空间电荷积聚以及在极性反转电压作用下复合绝缘系统中的电场分布.建立并求解了描述电场分布的微分方程,分析了影响电场分布的主要因素.结果表明,当在复合绝缘系统上施加极性反转电压时,由于油纸分界面处空间电荷的存在,在油纸中将有一个长时间的电场重新分布的过渡过程,从而使油中的电场显著增强.
Taking a composite insulation system of oil and cardboard filled in two parallel tabulate electrodes as research object,the space charge accumulation and the electric field distribution in the above insulation system has been studied under the polarity reversed voltage.The work is carried out by means of establishing and solving a differential equation to describe the field distribution,and the main factors influencing the field distribution characteristics have also been studied.The research result shows that there is a long transition process of electric field redistribution on the interface of oil and cardboard caused by the space charge,which will lead to significant increase of the electric field in oil under the polarity reversed voltage.
