包头市中小企业融资困境及独特的破解路径研究

Current Situation of the Financing of SMEs in Baotou City and its Countermeasures

改革开放三十年来,包头市中小企业和民营经济发展迅速,取得了重要的成就,成为经济社会发展中的重要力量。中小企业在社会经济发展长河中的作用向来不容小觑,是国家经济的柱石。然而,包头市中小企业的作用与其在金融环境中的地位并不成正比,融资难己经成为困扰其发展的痛疾,尽管多年来国家为了改善中小企业的生存环境,不遗余力地从政府、金融机构以及民间草根等多种渠道撬动阻碍中小企业融资的"玻璃门",但中小企业融资困境并没有从根本上得以改善。正确认识我国中小企业发展的现状和所面临的问题,对于促进我国国民经济健康可持续发展具有十分重要的现实意义。

After 30 years of reform and opening up,the Small and Medium Enterprises（SMEs） and private economy had rapid development and made significant achievements,which has become an important force for economic and social development.SMEs play very important roles in the development of social economy and are the pillar of national economy.However,the role of the SMEs is not proportional to its position in the economic environment.The hardship of financing has always been a big barrier in developing progress,although the nation has used a variety of ways to improve the living environment for SMEs,and has improved the financing through the government,the financial agents and some nongovernmental organizations.It is significant that we correctly understand the problems in developing the SMEs for the healthy,sustainable development of our national economy.
