摘要
本研究以香菇菌盖、菌柄、菌丝体为试材,采用水浸法、碱浸法提取香菇多糖。并且, 从香菇菌盖中提取纯化得到两种新多糖: 香菇多糖A (水浸物) 和香菇多糖B ( 碱浸物) 。
Shiitake polysaccharides have been gained from cap , stipe and mycelia ofshiitake by means of water- extracted and alkali- extracted methods and two kinds of new polysaccharides, polysaccharide A(the water- extracted component) and polysaccharide B(the alkali- extracted component) , were purifiedfrom shiitake cap.
