摘要
利用有限元方法对轮齿齿面接触强度应力和齿根弯曲强度应力进行计算分析,与渐开线圆柱齿轮应力理论计算方法相比较结果相似。但有限元分析方法的应用提高了设计效率,保证了设计的可靠性。
The tooth face contacting strength stress and tooth root bending strength stress are calculated and analyzed by finite element method and the result is similar to that of involute cylindrical gear stress by theoretical calculation,but the finite element method can improve the design efficiency and assure design reliability.
