摘要
提出一种方便爆破现场测试振动效应的无线测试系统方案。每个测试节点采用3通道并行数据采集得到3个方向的振速值,采用通用GPS接收器的1pps脉冲来实现多节点的数据同步采集;控制器采用低功耗的FPGA;无线通信由nRF24LE1和nRF24LU1+来实现。该系统通过USB连入PC机,并利用VC++编写软件来实时显示和分析波形。
This paper presents a scheme of wireless test system for the convenient on spot test of blasting vibration. Each test node obtains the vibration velocity values of three directions through 3 channel parallel data acquisition. The multi-node data synchronization acquisition is realized using lpps pulses from common GPS receiver. The controller uses low power FPGA. nRF24LE1 and nRF24LUl+ a-chieve wireless communication. The system is connectted to PC through the USB interface. It can display and analyze the waveforms through VC+ + programs.
