摘要
１４７ 头二元杂交仔猪进行饲养试验，探讨外源性谷氨酰胺和谷氨酸对２８ 日龄断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。试验结果显示：添加１ ％ 的谷氨酰胺可提高断奶后第１ 周的平均日增重（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ，但添加量与生产性能无正相关；添加１ ％ 的谷氨酸可提高断奶后第２ 周的平均日增重（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１） ，降低仔猪腹泻频率（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 并提高饲料效率。
One hundred and forty seven piglets were used to investigate the effect of exogenous glutamine and glutamate on the performance of piglets weaned at 28 days .The results suggested that: supplementation of 1% glutamine improved the ADG in the first week after weaning ( P <0.05), but there was no positive correlation between performance and quantity of supplementation. The ADG and the feed efficiency could be increased ( P <0.01) by the inclusion of 1% glutamate. On the other hand, the rate of diarrhea in the second week after weaned was reduced significantly( P <0.01).
