海峡西岸民营企业体育文化建设与发展

Construction and development of physical culture of private enterprises in the Economic Zone of West Coast of Taiwan Strait

为构建具有地域特色的民营企业体育文化,采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等方法,对民营经济较发达的福州、厦门、泉州的28家大中型民营企业进行调研。结果表明:民营企业在体育物质文化建设、行为文化建设、体育制度文化建设、体育精神文化建设等方面都有其地域特色。建议:整合文化资源;发挥政府导向作用;以地域传统体育项目带动企业体育文化发展;建立与完善职工体育管理体制与运行机制。

By way of literatures,questionnaires,and interviews,and focusing on the construction of physical culture of private enterprises in the Economic Zone of West Coast of Taiwan Strait,surveyed 28 middle-sized and large scaled private enterprises in economics-developed cities,Fuzhou,Xiamen,and Quanzhou.Researched the intention and feature of physical culture,construction of physical culture for substance,behavior,system,spirit,and put forward the corresponding strategies of development.
