摘要
通过对钢纤维轻集料自密实混凝土流变特性与各组分的影响机理的分析,制定了其工作性能控制方法,成功配制出了轻质高韧、组分均匀、超高流动性能的混凝土,应用于青郑高速某钢箱梁桥的桥面铺装,降低了桥身自重,提高了施工质量与效率,解决了钢桥面路面推移、拥包的工程难题。
Based on rheological properties and the mechanism of each component of the analysis of the steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggre- gate self-compacting concrete, control of its performance were developed, and successfully prepared out of light and high-toughness, composition uniformity,high flow performance concrete, used in the Qing-Zheng high-speed steel bridge surface pavement, reducing the deck weight,improve construction quality and efficiency, solve the project problems of the steel bridge deck.
