摘要
采用超细粉砂与机制砂复配制备预拌混凝土,研究了其工作性、力学性能和抗渗性。试验表明:采用抽砂工艺采集的趣细粉砂中0.075mm以下部份,用其与机制砂复配制备混凝土技术上是可行的,既利用了重庆地区粉砂资源又降低了成本。工程应用中表明:采用超细粉砂与机制砂复配制备C20~C40混凝土,技术指标均达到要求。
This study deals with the research on the preparation and properties ofpremixing concrete with the ultrafine sand and machine-made sand.The tests indicate it is feasible to adopt ultrafine sand and machine-made sand for premixing concrete,it use ultrafine sand resources of Chongqing and reduce the cost.The practical use of C20-C40 premixing concrete with ultrafine sand and machine-made Sand in project proves all the data reach the requirement.
