摘要
混凝土浇筑后,在水泥熟化时会释放出大量的水化热,由于其表面的履盖及模板保温作用,所以其内部及表面都会出现较高的温度。当其表面在打开履盖或拆模时的养护不到位时,混凝土表面会迅速失温或失水而造成混凝土的表面的开裂,从而影响混凝土的耐久性及结构的强度。根据混凝土在施工期的温度应力变化,通过计算构件表面混凝土温度应力及其抗拉强度,提出了控制混凝土表面温差应力来控制混凝土表面裂缝的相关措施。
After the concrete be poured, It will release a lot of heat of hydration when the concrete curing, and because of the template effect of the covers over the surface insulation,their internal and surface temperature is higher.If conservation is not enough when opening the covers over its surface or removing the mold, the surface of concrete will lose heat or water rapidly and cause the cracking of concrete surface, that will affect the durability of concrete and structural strength.According to the change of temperature stress of concrete in the construction, and by calculating the temperature stress and tensile strength of concrete on component surface, related measures is proposed in this article to control the cracks on surface of concrete by controling the surface thermal stress of concrete.
