The new-style urbanization is an effective way to solve the problem of urbanization and to explore the development mode.The utilizing of the strategy of city development is of great importance for the development of new-style urbanization.Taking Qinghe district for instance,the paper makes research into the strategy management used in design,choice,implementation and enforcement.Then it analyzes the important role played by strategy management in the development process of great leap and shows the great achievements made by Qinghe new district.
