江苏滩涂围区功能及产业布局分析

Function and industry layout of reclamation areas of coastal tidal flats in Jiangsu Province

为了优化江苏沿海开发滩涂区土地在产业、空间上的配置,使土地资源得以充分合理利用,运用产业布局理论与SWOT分析法,对江苏沿海规划中的21个滩涂围区进行了功能定位,并运用资源优化配置模型对围区土地产业空间布局分析,定量给出了每一围区农业、生态和工业用地类型,可作为江苏沿海滩涂开发利用规划的依据.

In order to optimize the industrial and spatial allocations of reclamation areas of coastal tidal flats in Jiangsu Province and to fully and rationally utilize the land resources,the functions of 21 reclamation areas were defined by means of the industrial layout theory and the SWOT method.The optimization allocation model for resources was employed to analyze the industrial and spatial layout of reclamation areas of coastal tidal flats.The types of agriculture,ecological and industrial lands of each reclamation area were quantitatively shown.It could be used as the basis for development and utilization of coastal tidal flats in Jiangsu Province.
