摘要
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食业发展迅猛,环境监测者对饮食业油烟监测的力度及频次也呈逐年上升趋势,但是在日常监测过程中难免会产生一些误差。本文针对油烟监测过程中产生误差的主要原因进行分析并提出了相应的建议。
With the improvement of living standard and the rapid development of catering trade, the force and frequency of lampblack monitoring increased year by year. Meamwhile,the appearance of errors is inevitable. In this paper, the main cause of monitoring bias was analyzed,some suggestions was put forward.
