Summary of Comparative Study of Shanxi and Huizhou Merchants

近百年来,晋商现象以及徽商现象引起了众多学者的关注。从改革开放至今,学术界更是涌现了一股研究商帮现象的热潮,可谓盛况空前,成绩斐然,但是相对二者的比较研究则缺乏足够的重视与关注。文章回顾了近几十年的晋商徽商比较研究状况,从经济、文化以及社会生活等几个方面对研究成果进行了综述,运用比较学、经济学等相关学科的理论和方法对晋商徽商的研究进行了探讨,揭示二者不同的历史经验与教训,为今天的企业改革和经济发展提供有益的借鉴。

For hundreds of years,traders phenomenon of Shanxi and Huizhou merchants caused many scholars＇ attention.From the reform and opening up,especially since sprung up a stream of academic research commercial phenomenon is unprecedented upsurge,brilliant achievement,but relatively their comparing research lacks enough attention and attention.Based on the comparative study of Huizhou merchants traders were reviewed,which reflects the existing research results and research level,and on the basis of the research trend forecast,trying to study further toward a new climax.
