对高校选修课教学的若干思考

The Thoughts on Teaching of Optional Courses in Colleges

选修课是高校人才培养计划的重要组成部分,也是实施素质教育、突出学生个性培养的重要一环,体现了教学模式的多样化和教学层次的多元化。它可以拓宽学生的知识面,引导学生广泛涉猎不同学科、领域,学习不同的思想和方法,对于优化学生的知识结构,提高学生综合素质具有重要意义。由于受各种因素影响,目前高校选修课的建设与管理或多或少存在一些问题,制约了人才培养质量的提高。文章结合高校选修课教学的实际情况,对高校选修课在课程设置、教学管理、学生选课等方面存在的诸多问题作了一些分析,提出了相应的改革思路与措施,认为必须从优化课程结构、加强对学生的选课引导、调动教师开课积极性、规范教学工作等方面入手,完善高校选修课的教学与管理机制。

Optional courses is an important part of the talent training plan,also an important link of implementing the quality education,outstanding personality training of students,reflect to the diversity of instruction and the diversity of teaching level.It can expand their knowledge,guide students to dabble various disciplines,different fields,study different ideas and methods,has great significances for optimizing the knowledge structure and improving comprehensive quality of students.Due to various factors,currently it has some problems in the construction and management of optional courses of college more or less,constrainting improving the quality of talent training.This paper analyses many problems in the curriculum,teaching management,choosing classes combining realities of teaching of optional courses in college,proposes corresponding measures,thinking that we must improve teaching and management mechanism of optional courses in college from optimizing structure of courses,enhancing guide of choosing classes,transferring initiative of teachers and standardizing the work of teaching.
