摘要
介绍了安钢以精益生产为基础,利用信息化管理手段实现生产物流精益化运行的初步探索。通过在资源配置、过程控制、库存管理、含铁废弃物综合利用等方面采取了积极有效的管理和技术措施,实现了生产物流的精益化运行,促进了生产运行质量持续提升,降低了生产成本,达到资源效益最大化目标。
Based on leon production,the paper preliminarily discusses the management and control of production material handling by means of informatization management.After adopting a series of positive and effective management and technology measures about materials supply,process control,stock management and comprehensive utilization about depleted material with iron,the fine control and management of material handling have been carried out,the operation quality improved successively,the production cost reduced and resource benefit maximization achieved.
