选择性外剥内扎加黏膜桥断桥重建治疗环状混合痔临床观察

Clinic Observation of Selective of the later Stripping-Medical Ligation combining Mucosal Bridge Plastic Operation in Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的探讨选择性外剥内扎加黏膜桥断桥重建治疗环状混合痔临床疗效。方法将选择性外剥内扎加黏膜桥断桥重建治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期环状混合痔40例(治疗组)与传统外剥内扎术治疗40例(对照组)做比较,观察两组治疗效果及术后并发症情况。结果治疗组与对照组在一次治愈、皮赘残留、黏膜外翻方面有显著的差异性(P<0.05)。结论选择性外剥内扎加黏膜桥断桥重建治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期环状混合痔疗效满意,术后肛门功能保持良好,并发症少。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of selective of the later stripping-medical ligation combining mucosal bridge plastic operation in treatment of severe Ⅲ～Ⅳ degree circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Compare selective of the later stripping-medical ligation combining mucosal bridge plastic operation in treatment of 40 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（Treat group）with traditional lateral stripping-medial ligation in treatment of 40 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（Control group）.And clinical effects and postoperative complications were observed.Results Treatment group and control group have a significant difference in healing,skin tag residue,mucosal eversion（P0.05）.Conclusion Selective of the later stripping-medical ligation combining mucosal bridge plastic operation in the treatment of severe Ⅲ～Ⅳ degree circumferential mixed hemorrhoids have contentment of curative effect,keeping fine anal function and less complication.
