腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of Antibiotics Application of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy during Perioperative Period

目的了解腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期使用抗菌药物的情况,评价用药的合理性。方法抽取本院2007-06～2008-12腹腔镜胆囊切除术的出院病历165份,对使用抗菌药物数据进行统计分析。结果该院腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期患者抗菌药物使用率为100%,品种使用合格率为78.3%,用药不合格率为64.8%。存在联合用药时使用同一类的抗菌药物,用药疗程过长,老年患者用量未作调整等。结论本院腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期使用抗菌药物的选用药物,用药疗程,老年患者用量及联合用药等各方面有待进一步改进,应严格按照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》进行使用,加强规范化使用抗菌药物。

Objective To analyze the use of antibiotics of laparoscopic cholecytectomy during the perioperative period. Methods A total of 165 surgical cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College during June 2007 to December 2008 were selected. The antibiotics usage was statistically analyzed. Results The usage rate of antibiotics in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the perioperative period in this hospital was 100%. The rational usage rate of antibiotics was 78.3% , and the irrational use of antibiotics was 64.8%. The main manifestations of irrational use were perioperative antibiotics abuse prevention of postoperative infection, combined use of the same type of antibiotics, too long for drug treatment, and unadjusted dosage of elderly patients. Conclusion This hospital needs to make further improvement in the antibiotics usage, such as medicament selecting, period of treatment, dosage for aged patients and combined usage. The ＂ Guiding principles for clinical application of antibiotics＂ should be strictly followed. It is very important to strengthen standardized administration of antibiotics.
