单一直接投加微生物修复技术在河流治理中的应用 被引量:21

摘要 在无彻底截污和清除内源的状况下,应用单一直接投加微生物修复技术,采用梅花式接种法将本源微生物菌剂直接接入,对无锡市浒溪河水体及底泥进行污染治理实验研究。结果表明:河道水体DO质量浓度提升至2mg/L以上,出水处的CODMn、TP和NH3-N降解率分别可高达43%、56%和58%。结果说明单一的直接投加微生物修复技术在相对滞留的城市重污染河道治理中,在无彻底截污和清除内源的情况下,可以初步消除河道的黑臭现象,修复水质。 An experiment was carried out to study pollution control of the water and sediment in the Xuxi River of Wuxi City under the conditions of a partially intercepted external pollution source and a partially eliminated internal pollution source by a quincunx-type adding the original microorganism bacteria directly into the water according to single directly-adding microbial remediation technology.The results showed that the mass concentration of dissolved oxygen was increased to above 2 mg/L,and the removal rates of CODMn,TP,and NH4+-N in effluent were as high as 43%,56%,and 58% respectively.The results also showed that single directly adding-microbial remediation technology could be used in heavily polluted urban streams to eliminate the black and odorous phenomenon of the stream and to restore the water quality in the case of a partially intercepted external pollution source and a partially eliminated internal pollution source.
