摘要
内燃机气门弹簧设计属于多目标优化设计,针对多目标优化问题本身的复杂性,将其转化为单目标优化问题,综合运用机械优化设计理论及方法,通过分析弹簧优化设计的设计变量、目标函数和约束条件,建立起以弹簧的结构重量、自由高度及防共振性能为目标函数的多目标优化设计数学模型,并通过MATLAB编程对数学模型进行了求解,得到了弹簧结构参数和性能参数的最优值。这种多目标优化设计的思想和方法可以较大地提高设计质量和效率,具有较大的工程实用价值。
The engine valve spring design is multi-objective optimum design, according to the complexity of the problem itself, converting it into single-objective optimum design, and utilizing the mechanical optimal design theory and methods, through analyzing design variables, objective function and constraint conditions, the mathematical model of multi-objective optimum design with weight, parameters was obtained. This kind of thoughts and methods can improve the design quality and efficiency, and it has much more engineering practical value.
