摘要
煤矿静电除尘高压发生器系统选取STM32F103作为控制核心,其片内ADC完成反馈电压的模数转换,根据转换结果调整定时器PWM输出,以控制MOSFET的通断,实现电压的高精度输出。为防止"逆变颠覆",设计进行PWM死区时间控制,以提高高频逆变电路的可靠性。
High-voltage generator STM32F103 is introduced as the master controller and the built-in ADC in this chip converts the feedback voltage into digital signals, and then according to the results the controller regulates timer's PWM outputs, which control the blocking and conducting states of MOSFET power switches. Afterwards, the voltage output of high precision can be generated. To prevent the inverter subvision, the dead-time control of PWM is focused on for perfect reliability of highfrequency inverter.
