基于CATIA和ANSYS的防爆胶轮运输车驱动桥壳的有限元分析

Element Analysis on Drive Axle Case of Explosion-proof Rubber Tyre Vehicle Based on CATIA and ANSYS

基于CATIA平台对目前矿井应用较多的防爆胶轮运输车的驱动桥壳进行三维建模,同时分析驱动桥壳在静载工况下的受力情况,利用ANSYS分析软件对模型进行有限元应力和强度分析。对分析结果进行处理,找出驱动桥壳受应力最大部位,为驱动桥壳的设计和校核提供了很好的理论依据。

The drive axle case of the explosion-proof rubber tyre vehicle model were builded based on CATIA,the stress and strength of drive axle case was analysed by ANSYS. From the analysis of results, can find the most dangerous place where the stress is largest,which provids a functional theoretical basis for design and verify.
