摘要
用数值方法研究碟式分离机内部流场是优化其设计的重要手段。基于VOF模型、N-S方程和RNG k-ε模型,用SIMPLE算法对分离机杂质颗粒运动流场进行求解,分析了油水分离运动情况;在油水分离趋于稳定的状态下,利用Discrete Phase模型在入口处释放一定量的粒子,以追踪其运动轨迹。仿真结果表明:油水分离形成稳定的分层界面,油提纯率接近99%,在入口速度为2.5 m/s时,其分离效果最佳,除渣效率接近98%。研究结果为分离机的设计和优化奠定了基础,同时也减少了所需的试验时间和费用。
The numerical method is used to research the inner flow of the disc separator, which is one of the most important method to optimize tlae design. Based on VOF, N-S and RNG k-ε solves the movement flow of the disc separator granule by using SIMPLE arithmetic, analyzed the movement of oil and water separation; When the state is steadied, release thousands of granular from the inlet by using Discrete Phase to see how would they move. The simulation results show that oil and water separation forms a stable stratification, the oil purification rate is close to 99%,when the velocity of inlet is 2.5 m/s, the work efficiency of the separator is the best. The cleaner efficiency is close to 98%.The research result laid a foundation of separator design and optimization and also reduce the time and cost required for experiments.
