摘要
介绍一种简易的同步化改造方案:将常用的由异步电动机、V带传动的生产设备改为同步电动机、同步带传动,克服输出速度差异,保证设备运行和产品生成条件的稳定性,从而保证产品的同质化。
A kind of simple and easy synchronization reconstruction scheme is introduced： will the commonly used by asynchronous motor, V belt transmission production equipment instead of synchronous motor, synchronous belt transmission, overcome the output speed difference, to ensure that equipment operation and the stability of the products generate conditions, thus ensuring the same kind of product.
