摘要
随着大倾角采煤工作面煤层倾角的增大,液压支架高度的增高,液压支架的倾倒倾向加大,沿工作面倾角方向下滑的倾向加大,同时,工作面输送机上窜、下滑的趋势也同样加大。因此,对于大倾角采煤工作面来说,考虑液压支架的防倒防滑以及输送机的防滑问题就显得尤为重要。从综采工作面的三机设备—液压支架、采煤机、输送机来看,其三者之间的相互关系都是以液压支架为基础的,只有液压支架站稳了才能拉住输送机不至于下滑,输送机相对稳定了,才能为采煤机提供一个稳定可靠的运行通道。鉴于以上相互关系,着重从液压支架的设计出发来综合考虑大倾角采煤工作面设备的防倒防滑措施。
To the big obliquity mining workface , with the increasing obliquity of coalbed and the added height of hydraulic support, the decline of hydraulic support will be rised and the tendency of decline which towards obliquity of workface will be incresed. Meanwhile, the tendency of channeling and sliding of workface conveyor will be enlarged, too. So, to the big obliquity mining workface, it is important to considering the problem of preventing slippery fall of hydraulic support and the conveyor. From the three machines of integrated acquisition the hydraulic support, the coal mining machine and the conveyor, the hydraulic support is the basis of the three machines. Only the hydraulic support is steady that it can pull up the conveyor that will not be decline. Then the steadily conveyor that can provide a stable and reliable operation channel to the coal mining machine. In the view of above relations , from the start of the design of the hydraulic support, considers seriously and integrately the measures of preventing fall slippery to the equipment of big obliquity mining workface
