摘要
把交流变频调速技术应用于液黏测功机的液压系统,通过控制电机频率调节泵的输出转速,从而改变泵的流量,根据实验测出液黏测功机润滑油压和控制油压的频率-油压(f-p)关系曲线,找出测功机加载的最佳润滑油压和控制油压的频率范围。解决了传统电液比例调节容易发生卡滞和跳跃性输出的问题;实现平稳可控加载;提高了系统的使用寿命和可靠性,还达到了节能的目的。
The new hydraulic control system of hydroviscous dynamometer by using AC-VVVF control is introduced. The output speed of pump is adjusted by controlling the frequency of the motor. Thus the flow of pump is changed. According to the experiments, the frequency-pressure (f-p)curves of lubrication pressure and pilot oil pressure are measured; thus the best dynamometer load frequency ranges of the oil pressure and the control oil pressure are found. It solves the problem of clamping stagnation which is often easily produced by electro-hydraulic proportional valve. Steady and controllable load is achieved. The lifetime and reliability of the system is improved. Meanwhile, the purpose of energy-saving is reached.
