永胜县期纳镇农民收支状况调查——以2008、2009两年的收支为例

A Survey of Farmers' Income and Expenditure in Qina Township of Yongsheng County:Take the Situation of Income and Expenditure in the Years of 2008 and 2009 as an Example

目前,农民比较关心的问题是如何发展生产来增加收入,使生活变得更好。而新农村建设正是国家为解决"三农"问题提出的政策,这一政策已实施多年。为了检验新农村建设的成效,本文针对丽江市永胜县期纳镇的三户村民进行了典型调查,采取入户访谈法,详细了解了他们2008、2009两年的收入和支出的实际状况。结果表明,农民在种植结构上基本没有变化,习惯于常规产出;农民没能力进行市场组织,蔬菜价格是影响农民收入的重要因素;养猪没有形成规模,猪肉只在流通环节涨价,农民养猪基本都出现亏损;农民转移到非农就业,发现打短工是增收的途径之一。

At present,the peasants are concerned about the problem is how to develop production to increase income and make life better.And the new rural construction is the state policy to solve the problem of ＂Agriculture,Farmers and Countryside＂,this policy has been implemented for many years.In order to test the new rural construction of this period,we investigate three account of the villagers in QiNa town of YongSheng county of LiJiang city typically,and to acquaint minutely the actual conditions of their income and expenditure in the year of 2008 and 2009 by face to face in their home.It has come into four conclusions：the peasants have grown in the basic structure,are accustomed to conventional output;the peasants have no ability to set up market organization,and the vegetables price is an important factor to influence the income of peasants;the peasants do not have a scale in keeping pigs and the pork has high price only in circulation part,so the peasants give a loss basically in keeping pigs;the peasants turn into the non-agricultural conditions to work and find that the temporary worker is one of ways to increase income.
