An Analysis of the Auction of Rapeseed Oil in Temporary Reserve for Stabilizing Market and its Policy Proposals

在介绍2010年10月20日临储菜籽油竞拍情况的基础上,分析了此次临储菜籽油竞拍对市场的平抑效果以及食用油脂市场的可能走势。为了进一步稳定食用油脂市场,最后提出了国家应加大油菜籽收储力度、并从收储数量上向云、贵、川三省倾斜,加大油菜良种补贴力度,增加油菜种植直接补贴等政策建议。

Based on the auction results of rapeseed oil in temporary reserve on October 20 of 2010,the authors analyze the role of auction of the rapeseed oil in stabilizing edible oil market in China in this article.At the end of this article,policy proposals such as increasing the temporary reserve of rapeseed and allocating more reserves to Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan provinces as well as raising the subsidy of well-bred rapeseed and adding the direct subsidy of farming rapeseed,etc.are suggested in order to further stabilize China＇s edible oil market in the future.
